Ryan, please always comment freely on my substacks. What wonderful analogies, and you got it exactly right. People often talk about the seven-layer model for networking, but they fail to recognize the ethical and political layers that we must always consider when creating great-outcome-generating solutions. (And the power layer at the bottom, but I digress...)
